​Born in New York, Justin Onofrietti developed an entrepreneurial mindset at an early age, always driven by a desire to create solutions, improve systems, and build something meaningful for the future. Raised with the belief that hard work, determination, and appreciation for opportunity are the foundation of success, those principles became the driving force behind both his personal and professional life.

 

After college and four years of service in the United States Coast Guard, Justin pursued a new challenge that combined his passion for the water with his ambition to build and lead. Entering the yachting industry, he quickly established himself through a relentless work ethic, technical understanding, and a commitment to exceeding expectations. It was not long before he founded his own company — a business that remains privately owned and operated today.

 

Throughout his career, Justin has been directly involved in the management and construction of multiple mega yacht projects, with individual project values exceeding $40 million. His experience spans yacht construction, operations, brokerage, consulting, and client advisory services, providing a unique level of insight into both the technical and business sides of the industry.
